Preferred Vendors at Event Venues

We recently covered the use of vendors in a blog post. You can read more about it here. This post will share our preferred vendors. These are vendors that have worked with Royal Affairs Ballroom on a long-term basis, and they have demonstrated excellent service, expertise, and provide a top-notch product.

At Royal Affairs Ballroom, our preferred vendor list is not required; however, we strongly encourage our clients to use these vendors, as we are familiar with their work and trust their ability to deliver.

Irene’s Bakery 

Irene’s Bakery is a beautiful cake store located in Old Town Lewisville. Irene is a creative and talented cake baker and decorator specializing in wedding cakes. Her boutique wedding cake shop opened in 2011, and the staff at Royal Affairs Ballroom has worked with her on many special celebrations since that time.

Irene and her staff consistently deliver exceptional service and a delicious product, which is why we love working with Irene’s Bakery.

Bridal Boutique

The Bridal Boutique in Lewisville is the go-to place for the most beautiful wedding gowns. Carrie and Amy grew up in the store as their mother built this incredible bridal boutique dating back to 1990. The Bridal Boutique has a reputation for excellent customer service and an unmatched collection of bridal gowns.

Odin Leather

Odin Leather Goods began in 2012 at the corner of Odin and Rachelle’s dining room table. Today, they have a beautiful location in Old Town Lewisville and a new store in The Colony Grandscape. You will enjoy talking with Odin, and you will love his handmade, beautifully crafted leather goods. Stop in the store to meet Odin and Rachelle and see their exceptional work. You won’t be disappointed.

Prairie House Lewisville

If you’re at all familiar with North Texas, you know the Prairie House has been around for a long time. The Lewisville location is relatively new, but it’s a continuation of the same delicious food, great service, and good memories from the original Prairie House that you might know.

Prairie House provides catering services for many of the special events at Royal Affairs Ballroom. The food is delicious, hot, and never disappoints. Choosing Prairie House as your caterer when planning an event with RAB only means one thing - you will have trouble choosing because everything is delicious!

Blackall Photography

Blackall Photography is owned by Kelly Blackall and has been serving the North Texas area since 2008 with her incredible photography skills. More than half of the photos on our gallery page are from Blackall Photography. She regularly works in Old Town Lewisville, serving the many businesses in the area. Her photography is timeless and beautiful, and we love working with Kelly.

At Royal Affairs Ballroom, we have many repeat customers. These are clients we love to work with, and they love the services we provide. Additionally, our list of preferred vendors includes other experts in their fields that we also have the pleasure of working with to provide excellent service to our clients celebrating their biggest moments. While we do not require the use of our preferred vendors, we strongly recommend using them because we know them, we trust them, and we have seen their consistent excellence over the years.
